 Went over to Jordan's place yesterday night. Nothing too exciting 'cause only Chris and Chrissie came, so just played some poker (I won twenty dollars ha!) and watched some stuff on that friggin' giant widescreen Jordan has.
On the side note, I didn't think it was wise of me to use that antiseptic in my bathroom on a little bandage I put over the place where the needle went in for the blood test (at which point I didn't think was super expired until I looked). Now it's goin' all light-purple around it... well if it doesn't spread and make me fall on the floor I'm fine with it gah. Sometimes I do wish I were a machine xD.

 Just went for a checkup today and had a blood test done. While I was in the waiting room, I was reading Readers Digest when suddenly I came across an interesting article about human attraction research. Funny enough it mentioned if you were at a hypothetical party of a hundred people and wanted to find a date, you would go around to nine random people, talk to them then decide from there who you'll date *remembers to keep in mind* xD.
On previous hilarious crackups from conversations I had with Lily, Julianne and Johnny boy, I've decided the phrases of fame that remain to be for now are:
- YaaaFOOOOOoooo~! (Hard Gay)
- Undeeer the seeea, subarashiii~! (Apparently from KH as I was told)
- But, Meeeeeeeeeeeerrrm ('But mom')
Classic stuff. We also managed to drag wolf-gang into skype for a chat, but she didn't say much... (I scare people maybe? xD) As for the art, I think I'll train up anatomy to get my figures looking as voluptuous as HTK's - if he perves, you must perve to be as good as him? But until next time, do not say 'gay' as you do when you talk down something, say homosexual! =]

 Ah just finished a masterpiece today. I feel proud, yet a bit annoyed because of this incessant headache I've been getting of late... My mecha are starting to lose their mechanical touches, should brush up a bit on that.

I went to the dentist's today to get my wisdom teeth checked out and a referral to a specialist to get them out of where they are. It turns out I had unseen decay in one tooth before one of my wisdoms ==". So I had to get that cleaned to have a filling put in and just let me say that local anesthetic is a fistful of pain - to the mouth! But other than that, I think the nice dentist said everything was fine for those four nasties to become obliterated. Although afterwards my right side of the mouth was incredibly numb and I couldn't eat for three hours or so at which point I was starving... *stomach grumble*

 I finally got Skype working and had a long conversation with omigoshi and lubbahobkakashi! Although we had weird random internet troubles along the way, such as stuttering (I presume was lag over distance) and speech volume not being high enough... But yeah that was fun and omigoshi wants to get more people into a conversation xD - I think Skype lets you have up to 10 people at once. Fun indeed.

So I just popped down to Orbit to check out what was happening with the competition today and when I got there only FOUR people playing the qualification round songs xD. And I found out that the other regulars who would enter are either at work or just MIA. But I mean you can't blame anybody because the competition wasn't advertised for long enough for people to find out... so yeah. I went home after staying around a bit and went with my mum to the domestic airport to pickup my little brother. It's sure good to see him again, at least the house won't be as quiet now!

 Ventured out of the house today into the city in search of a headset today and found one at EB for a comfortable $25. And of course, seeing as though I haven't been to Orbit in yonks, I dropped by. And James apparently told me there was a ITG2 competition on... TOMORROW. What the hell?! xD Why was I not informed so I could train up and give the other entrants a thumping! (Yeah right) But anyway, I dunno if I can stay the whole time because I have to go to the airport to pick up my little brother coming back from Canberra around late afternoon. So yeah, played a few games of ITG2, got leg cramps because I haven't played in ages, saw some arcade regulars I haven't seen in yonks too, met another random ITG2 player upon approaching him on the machine and pretty much got my ass handed to me at KOF XI because I can't use the arcade joystick and buttons properly. When I got home though I was a bit irked because the headset microphone wasn't working, but luckily after picking around I found it was my onboard sound that was the problem, so downloaded an update and presto, happy! Well now, at least I can bug people in voice, namely omigoshi - you will be bothered! =D
I'm undecided still whether to go or not tomorrow, I know winning is out of the question, but I might go just to laugh at people and yell "OOOOH JEEEEEEZE!" with good old José. Oh yeah, and that picture was one from sketchbook when I was just having a joint convo with omigoshi, kojima-ayumi and lubbahobkakashi.

 Boredom! So I cranked open UT2004 and dived into a game of instagib. And apparently I haven't lost my skill! (Kudos to Melvin for all that crazy Quake III instagib training back in highschool haha..) Mind you playing with that many bots leads to instant-spawn-frag-syndrome, meaning you'd probably die 3 or 4 times after respawning before respawning at a point where you aren't fragged instantly! Oh jeez, Mindless fun. Although I'm not pro enough to do godlike instagib, it's almost literally impossible because the bots WILL instantly kill you on sight, leaving no window of opportunity. Fun, fun, frag!

 Ok, I think I'm beginning to like this animation stuff! But it's really-really time consuming doing it frame by frame like I am at the moment. On other news, I don't think I've mentioned it before, but kojima-ayumi told me she was coming over to Perth next month to start studying at a college. So I'm gonna try make an effort to meet her hopefully =D. On other cool news, I finally managed to get Jazztronik's Cannibal Rock album and it is AWESOME!

Woo, I got bored and decided to make an short keyframe animation after being inspired by some really impressive GIFs from some random Japanese site I visited - of course theirs weren't stick figures! I thought it was probably best to do it in flash and then export it as a GIF. Kudos to all animators, it's real hard work. Been going to bed so late nowadays, I should stop doing so...

Quite a pleasant little outing I had today! All started when Jordan came by my place around noon and we soon found ourselves in some random Indonesian restaurant along William St. and the food wasn't too bad either. Well that wasn't the end, because apparently... it wasn't. So off we trotted and found Chris indulging himself with a pint already at the Belgian Beer Cafe - others were also coming soon. Go time go! What made my day was seeing the heel of Michelle's shoes getting stuck in a little hole of a water drain and Chris had to pull it out haha, that was gold! So it was dinner at Taka's then we went back to Carnegie's for more drinks (and at this point I think Chris had like the equivalent of 10-20 standard drinks? lol). I don't know how, but my dumb luck made me select two cocktails which tasted not the slightest alcoholic... although that first I had L'Amour or something was damn nice, think it was midori, strawberry liqueur, mangoes and some other stuff. At this point I felt bad for Jordan because he was the chauffeur and couldn't drink - but we were all letting each other have a sip to see what all of the stuff we ordered were like. Chrissie's and Dahlia's orders of violet crumble and tolberone... tasted quite superb... almost like ice cream, stuff you can get drunk on easily haha. And Chris... well ordered his Russian rounds and finished the rest of the drinks the girls didn't want... (I presume standard drinks is now at least 20 lol). So $13 out of my wallet for those two drinks, which I gotta say were pretty worth it, despite my dumb luck. And yeah, called it a night after that, and bummed a ride off Jordan home.
Which reminds me, I really should be looking for a new job. Damn, money.
And how could I resist a paintchat session... I just couldn't.

  Niko's has been going offline alot lately, I hope that new server gets fixed and all. So I just shot over to good ol' ClubNeko for a paintchat scribble. And as you can probably see by the screenshot, I just got Melty Blood and it's pretty good. Although I needed to get some manual override program for the controls because I'm playing with the keyboard. But yeah, Arcueid was just about to get smoked by my arc move when I took that. Need to get out of the house...

My little bro is flying over to Canberra tomorrow and staying for two weeks. He has some kind of maths camp at ANU. Although I was told it wasn't exactly just boredom, apparently he gets recreation time and all that jazz as well. Lucky bum. Oh well, gonna miss him around the house for a while.
